The drinks are a little expensive (standard club prices) but the staff are very friendly (super hot too as staffed by sexy ladies) and the live music is good. I found the staff most accomodating to the tourist and the band was really good and entertaining. There were a handful of local girls looking for a night earn and were not shy in advancing and hooking up with the tourist men. A lot of fun but remembering that girls dont go home with you for love - they demand 1 million dong in the morning. Good fun but make sure you think ahead and dont let a lady rip you off. Cheapest beer is a not-so-large Tiger draft for about 80,000. Bargirls there work long hours for a salary of less than 1m vnd/month, feel free to tip.
