Strange, over the past three months I have yet to see more than a couple of people in this bar. Not the busiest place and not an expat hangout at all.

bui vien street , this is low end back packer area , no ex pat in his right mind comes here ,
pham ngu lao , bui vien st , de tham street crap areas unless you are into telling how wonderful you are travelling through asia
